Hold Your Grip!

I had a tough day, yesterday. No worries, nothing serious. Just something that made me had a thought. Actually, I had been advised to withdraw the paper that I've submitted to one of the events. Reason ? – I was stunned to know the truth.

Well – just let me make it simple. Where ever we may roam, there are unwritten laws that we should follow. Probably, without knowing it, we did indeed accidentally across those invisible lines. When knowing the whole reality and everything, I should do this – constant vigilance. Sometimes, progress for the sake of progress must be discouraged. It might harm others, and probably might cause a collateral unhealthy competition within. yup, just to know the flow, and play with it. It would rather being an idiot for me too blindly against it. We have been taught to stand steadily and against all the odds. But, personally, we need to know in what position, and how firm it is – and then such action can be put into practice.

Again, we will not be able to shun their prides (or whatever it is), it is utterly impossible, avoiding criticism seems like we have to do nothing, to say nothing, to be nothing. But, we can be like the cat that got the cream. As for sure, I do not want to stir any hiccups. Just we need to read between the lines about the meaning of everything. Turn over a new leaf, and we can choose not to be anguished. Being defeated in a way? Nopss, it has nothing to do with such feeling like being defeated, but I take it as education; nothing but the first step to something better. Like my supervisor has told me “throughout life, we will learn, if not we will die.” And in many ways, I need to confine my sense of self wisely, like my mother always advice me “ular menyusur akar takkan hilang bisanya” . no harm to be humble and patience, but you have to know how to play the game – and do not be stupid, by allowing rage to take over your sanity.

Today ? – I feel better – much better as a matter of fact. Time will tell, sometimes silence is one of the hardest arguments to refute. But again, piss off ?, it was a bit, but i can choose not to piss off! …. Indeed I choose not to piss off. I’ve learnt another good lesson, a worth one. God knows what is the best for His servant.
