Dare to Be Different

Salam & good day to all,

Throughout ages, humankind progress of innovation and knowledge has been fueled by the mechanism of diversity, and looking at things differently. These are great people who do not just see things around them as it is, but wonder why. Without them, i reckon there would not be creativity, or "crazy" ideas that have impacted our society in general. They pushed the boundaries of knowledge to the edge, answered many riddles of life. Truly, these people challenged typical ideas, normal views, and many spectrum of commonalities. History has witnessed many great ideas, that shaped our society today. Beating away from the darkness. To name a few, Alkharizmi for his work in algorithms and algebra, Newton's discovery in gravity, and Einstein's infamous E=mc^2.

As a human, we are still battling with the quest to find solace in the world of chaos. Trying to stabilize ourselves, to define the person that we want to be. A humble servant of God, a piece of puzzles in our own society, and many more. In this battle, we always detach our personal self, and made it open to the others, to be judged, and to be acknowledged as such. It is one of my fears, by having such dysphoria thought, we will no longer trying to answer our quest, but rather reaching the goal of being such a commoner.

I know, it is pretty hard to be different (in a positive way), but one should not to judge the course of being different as for the better or worse. It takes time. Defining oneself from others, and living in our own world. As for sure, the outer layer of you, people still find you are no different. The most important part is - deep in the core, you know you have changed. Well, in many courses of life, being different does not necessarily about how we are translating that "different" image to the others, but to ensure that whatever changes might be, for whatsoever reason it may speak, and constant check of such inside. When our world was small, we could be as it is. Living in the world without border requires ability to survive and to react accordingly. I believe, such thing is a vital force to stay put. In many ways, it finds you, as the ability to be different.
